Located in the heart of historic downtown Enterprise, Southern Broadway's offers something special for all occasions. Our event center offers a turn-of-the-century industrial backdrop featuring classic exposed brick walls accented with the bold lines of upper-level storefronts from the early 1900's. We've created an attractive venue, from the custom industrial chandelier in the main hall to the exposed duct work with custom architectural accents. Your eyes follow and gaze at several commissioned art pieces as well. We've created a unique venue that's sure to be a splendid atmosphere to set the mood for your special occasion.
All Basic Rentals
Staff On-site: Coordinator
Tables: Choose from (10) 60 inch Round Tables, (4) 6' rectangular tables, and (6) 2' pub-style tall tables
Chairs: 80 Cushioned Chairs (Rental party would need to provide rental chairs if 80 is not enough)
Additional Items available
Tablecloths: Per Linen fee comes in White or Black, or both ($6.00 per table cloth)
Professional Sound System: $100.00 per 6 hours (This fee is issued directly to the sound engineer.) Sound System may only be operated by our trained sound engineer. No exceptions.
Facility Cleaning: $75.00
Professional Lighting: $100.00 per 6 hours. Our professional lighting system may only be operated by our staffed lighting engineer.
Wait Staff: Each wait staff receives $25.00 per event plus gratuity of roughly 10% of total event bill
Chef: Each chef receives $15.00 per hour
Dishwasher: Each dishwasher receives $13.00 an hour
Catering (per person charge): We have a fully equipped commercial kitchen. We are capable of catering in a number of styles.
3-Course Family-Style Dinner Service - We can cater a full-service 3 course family-style meal for you and your guests to enjoy. This is our specialty and is a unique experience for your special event. This options allows you to choose from a variety of menu items and combination of courses. 1st Course - Choose between Soup, Salad, Cheese Courses, 2nd Course - Build your menu from a list of available options or create your own, 3rd Course - Choose from a list of skillet pies or specialty desserts like flambeed bananas foster.
Buffet-style Dinner Service - Choose your proteins, vegetables, breads, etc.
Station-style Dinner Service - Themed stations in a build your own type setting. Example: Taco, Fajita Stations, Mashed Potini Bar (Mashed Potatoes with all the fixings like cheese, chives, sour cream, chili, chicken, BBQ, etc.)
Finger Foods - Choose from a wide variety of items
Greenroom Facility: Additional $100.00 per 6 hours of use. A required non-refundable $75.00 clean up fee will be added.
Kitchen Use: $300.00 per 6 hours of use. $200.00 Cleaning fee added to total cleanup fees. Only licensed caterers holding the Manager's Food ServSafe Certificate may use the kitchen facilities. A copy of certificate must be supplied.
The rental covers a block of time. Setup and Breaking down must happen within the hours rented. Setting up the day before the event is not allowed as the facility may be rented by another party. Breaking down from the event must occur within the hours rented. The rental party may not breakdown the following day unless charged to do so.

*The facility is available for rental between the hours of 9 am to midnight. All guests and rental parties must be out of the facility by midnight unless special arrangements have been made.
Alcoholic Beverage Policy:
Option 1: BYO (Bring Your Own) Alcohol. Under this option there may be no event admission charges and no charge for the alcohol can be imposed upon the guests. Rental party is solely responsible for all alcohol distribution and consumption and takes full liability to ensure guests comply with all applicable state and local laws governing alcohol consumption. (An insruance rider must be purchased to cover this type event.)
Option 2: Special Event License. Under this option responsible party makes application to the state 30 days prior to event for the issuance of a special event license. If granted, the license would cover the retail sale of alcohol on the day of the event. An event bar would allow your guests to purchase beer, wine, and liquor on the day of the event. This license would also allow the purchase of alcohol from the ABC store. (An insurance rider must be purchased and held on file to cover this type of event.)
