Hors-d'oeuvres - Choose from a wide variety of finger food options (a list can be provided). Let's meet and discuss you needs. Every event is different. I'd be happy to sit down with you and discuss all the menu options. I will how up with an estimate and present it to you as a starting point. We can negotiate menu items and pricing until we both agreed.

Finger Foods

Seated Dinner Options

We offer three options for your dinner format.

  1. "Build your own" Food Stations. This option provides all the fixings for a particular theme. For example: Taco Bar, Fajita Bar, Salad Bar with various meat options, Potato Margarita Bar, Sandwich Bar, Chocolate Bar, Omelet Bar, etc.

  2. Seated "Family-Style". This option provides a turn table in the center of each table. The food is prepared fresh and brought to each table where each guest can then served themselves. This option is very similar to the dinner service format in our dinner theater.

  3. Plated Meal - This type of format offers high-end menu items to choose from and would be served plated. Examples of this type could be French Pepper Steak, Shrimp Fromage, Shrimp Scampi, Grilled Halibut, Bronzed Grouper, Classic Prime Rib, Chateaubriand, etc.

  4. Buffet - This option allows you to choose a meat, two vegetables, one starch, and your bread. In most cases the meat selection will drive the price.
