Dining Experience
Meal Service

Each ticket includes a full-service, three-course meal served family-style.

First Course: Salad or soup with bread

Main Course: Meat-based entrée with multiple sides

Dessert: Generous portion of dessert with optional coffee or tea

Dinner service begins promptly at 6:30 PM. Guests must be seated by this time.

Doors open at 6:00 PM. Early entry is not permitted.

Late arrivals will only receive courses still being served at the time of arrival.
Beverages

Sweet or Unsweet Tea, Water, and/or Coffee are included with your ticket.

Guests with allergies should contact the box office in advance or speak with staff upon arrival.

No-shows forfeit their tickets.

Tickets are digital. Simply state your reservation name at the door upon entry and our hosts will check you in.
Cancellations & Changes

Transfer: Tickets may be given to another guest; have them provide your name at check-in.

Donate: You may donate your ticket back to support the theatre.

Exchange: PREMIERE MEMBERS may exchange their tickets up until 48 hours before their scheduled performance.

Exchanges may only be applied to shows within the current season.

Standard ticket purchases are final and cannot be exchanged once completed.

Seating

Assigned seating is determined at the time of purchase.

Minor adjustments may occur for seating optimization, but parties will not be split.

Theatre Experience
Performance

Each evening features an original Southern Broadway production presented after dinner.

Performances last 1 to 1.5 hours, with no intermission.

The total event time is approximately 3 hours.

A brief intermission follows dinner before the performance begins.

Every guest must have a paid ticket.

Infants or “baby in arms” are not permitted inside the theatre.

Silence all electronic devices before the performance.

Flash photography and video recording are prohibited.

Guests may take photos with the cast or on stage after the show.
Guest Conduct

Respectful behavior is required at all times.

Disruptive, disrespectful, or intoxicated guests may be removed without refund.

Guests with mobility concerns should arrive early and may request wheelchair assistance by calling ahead.
Smoking

Smoking, vaping, and tobacco use are prohibited inside the building and within 25 feet of the entrance.
Alcohol

Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.

Bringing alcohol inside violates Enterprise Ordinance 07-06-21-C.

Even during “open container” district hours, alcohol may not enter the venue.
